Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. About EnterQR

EnterQR is a business service operated by Junex AB, Sweden ("EnterQR", "we", "us" or "our"). It enables organisations to create, manage and share workplace instructions through item codes and QR labels.

2. Business use and accounts

EnterQR is intended for organisations and workplace use. The person creating or managing an account confirms that they are authorised to act for the relevant organisation. Account information must be accurate and sign-in credentials must be kept secure.

The customer is responsible for activity performed through its manager accounts and for promptly removing access that is no longer required.

3. Instructions, codes and QR access

Published items and instructions are intentionally accessible without an employee account. Anyone who obtains, receives or discovers the relevant item code or QR link may open, copy or share that content. Publication through EnterQR must therefore be treated as public disclosure, not as confidential storage.

Customers must not place passwords, access credentials, security information, personal data, special-category personal data, trade secrets, classified material or other confidential or regulated information in published content. Because EnterQR is not designed as a repository for secrets, such information should not be uploaded to drafts or other customer fields either.

Employee suggestions do not change published instructions until a manager approves them. The customer remains responsible for reviewing, approving and maintaining all workplace content.

4. Customer content

Customers retain their rights in content uploaded to EnterQR. They grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content in order to provide the service. Public accessibility does not by itself grant EnterQR ownership of the content or create an open-content licence.

Customers must have the necessary rights to use their content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or misleading material.

5. Workplace safety

EnterQR is a documentation and access tool. It does not replace legally required training, risk assessments, supervision, equipment manuals, safety systems or professional judgement. The customer is responsible for ensuring that instructions are accurate, current, suitable for the workplace and approved by an appropriately qualified person.

6. Plans, billing and downgrades

Available features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout, together with applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

If a subscription ends or is downgraded, content above the new plan's limits may become unavailable without being immediately deleted. The customer should export or reduce its content before a plan change when continued access is important.

7. Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, evade plan limits or use EnterQR for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep EnterQR available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update, maintain or change the service where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, performance or product development.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms or harm to the service or other users. Customers may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription in accordance with the cancellation process presented in their account or at checkout.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EnterQR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, or loss caused by inaccurate, outdated, or improperly approved customer content.

EnterQR's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the customer for the affected service during the twelve months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where EnterQR processes personal data in customer content on the customer's behalf, the Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and applies automatically from the start of that processing.

Customers should avoid including personal data in publicly accessible instructions unless it is necessary, lawful and appropriate for the intended purpose. Customers are responsible for having a valid legal basis, providing required information to affected individuals and limiting personal data to what is necessary. Special-category personal data, passwords, security information, confidential material and other sensitive or regulated information must not be included.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties will be decided by the competent courts of Sweden.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Junex AB at info@enterqr.com.
